when using a chat site it is always a good idea to get friends info and add it to yours as to keep in touch with them. Many people find others on other chat sites and add them to their skype friends. This is ok to do but remember to not spam other sites with a constant barrage of skype requests, people are on a chat network to use that network and the owners also of that chat network logically have to keep thier chatters chatting and when you spam for skypers or constantly ask people to add you then you are doing them a disservice. Remember the old addage:”Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. You wouldnt want people doing this to you, so logically dont do it to them. Yet most chat networks understand that people are networking and looking to add friends where they can, and thats ok,its ok to ask, it is not ok to advertise or disrupt the others using the chat.so when asking for skype users please excercise some common sense. This would go for any sort of online media that you want others to join you in. I realise that skype chat is fun and you get to video chat and voice chat with people with whom you cant on a text chat, but everything serves its purpose of course.
